  2. The Dashboard shows you the most important numbers relating to your project portfolio.

  3. Within the first step of creating a project you are asked to provide general information about the project.

  4. In the second step you are asked to choose a weighting and to assess the criteria given. You are also able to add further organisational-specific criteria.

  5. This screenshot shows how to create a new weighting which can then be used in the assessment of projects.

  6. The Project Portfolio Report (PDF) gives an overview of all projects in the system that have been assessed with a dashboard summary.

  7. The Project Assessment Report (PDF) shows the information you entered in the assessment process and ...

  8. ... calculates the project potential with an additional recommendation given for the allocation of resources.

  9. In addition, the Project Assessment Report includes an Issue Register highlighting potential issues confronting your project. Therefore, TechAdvance also assists you in the development of the projects assessed.

  10. The export function allows you to export all your projects and weightings into a Microsoft Excel file, enabling you to conduct further calculations if needed.
