  2. Our Current Situation • I&IT campus license to Survey Monkey • All users share password and library • No confidentiality • Only online • Multiple survey tools currently used • Customized web applications maintained by I&IT • Current tool is NOT ATI compliant 3

  3. What We Need • Tool that allows multiple users, each with own access and library • May be used for paper or online surveys • Links to Peoplesoft to get background data about users • Offers a variety of reports 3

  4. Voice from the Community • A tool for Academic Affairs for • Program and GE assessment • Measures of student opinion • Instructional evaluations • A survey tool available to all divisions and departments • A tool that is relatively easy to use 4
