Why is it Important That You Don’t Skip Breakfast? • Breakfast is the most important meal of the day • Skipping breakfast does not maintain a healthy weight • You tend to eat more calories during the day when you don’t eat breakfast • It keeps you ready for any obstacles at the beginning of the day • You have a harder time learning , because you don’t get enough nutrients • Breakfast on the way is also better than skipping breakfast because it at least provides you with enough energy http://divyamhatre.files.wordpress.com/2010/02/fruits2.jpg
