InLoox PM enhances Microsoft Outlook • InLoox PM is never more than one click away. • You can easily create dashboards from a variety of diagram options and connect multiple data sources. The dashboard provides all the information you need to manage, control and analyze your projects. The project list gives you an overview of all projects in InLoox PM.
A project in detail InLoox PM gives your projects a clear structure. The projectresponsibilities are clearly defined. InLoox PM uses Outlook contacts. InLoox PM can be adjusted to your specific needs with customizable feelds. Freely-definable comments fields support easy communication within the project team. Team members can submit project proposals to their supervisors for approval.
Pre-organize information Create checklists for your projects in a configurable list- and card-view. Adjust the lists according to your specific project needs. You can also link the checklist with planning elements, e.g. work packages and documents.
Collect, organize and visualize ideas Collect and organize project ideas and information on your with the InLoox PM Mind Mapping tool. Use symbols to present your ideas more effectively and link relevant project files with the mind map. Define a node’s progressand assign resourcesto a node. You can transfer Mind Maps into a timedproject plan and convert Mind Map nodes into workpackages.
Complete tasks as a team Create, assign and organize work packages on a virtual Kanban board – independent of your project time plan. Leave work package related comments and select the notification option to inform team members of the latest changes. Add a work package to an activity in the project plan via drag’n’drop. The project progress is automatically updated when the work package has been completed.
Overview resource capacities With the InLoox PM resource overview, you are always up-to-date on overall capacities. You can see capacity usage of both employees and other resources.
