PharmAdMIT 2008 New Features Preview. Changes in PharmAdMIT 2008. There will be 3 major changes in PharmAdMIT 2008: A new, improved Custom Export feature (allows export of “1 to Many” fields) Changed PCAT system to reflect the different scoring scales (1992 % scale, and 2003 % scale)

Changes in PharmAdMIT 2008 • There will be 3 major changes in PharmAdMIT 2008: • A new, improved Custom Export feature (allows export of “1 to Many” fields) • Changed PCAT system to reflect the different scoring scales (1992 % scale, and 2003 % scale) • New Grades screen detailing the new GPAs delivered by PharmCAS(Includes “GPA by Year” and “Subject Course” GPAs)
New Custom Export • The initial screen will be similar to that of the old style export: Select a List Manager list • Select a File Type from the 6 available options: • Xls • Txt • wk1 • sdf • dbf • xml
New Custom Export • Newly organized field chooser with a simpler interface The fields available on the corresponding screen are displayed Each screen from PharmAdMIT is listed The fields selected for the custom export file are listed here.
New Custom Export • Still permits users to go in and make adjustments to the export format. Familiar tasks, such as changing the field order, output length, and ‘Expression’ are still supported.
PCAT system changes • PharmAdMIT will support the 2 new scale scores imported from PharmCAS: • 1992 % Scale • 2003 % Scale • A new, expanded PCAT screen will display all imported PCAT score fields. • Local Scoring will support using one (or both) scale versions.
New Grades Screen (GPA tab) • Displays all of the GPAs provided by PharmCAS by year… GPAs are provided for each year of the applicant’s academic career. PharmAdMIT will also display local GPAs and a primary institution (selected by the applicant via PharmCAS)
New Grades Screen (Subject Course GPA tab) • Displays GPAs for each Subject Course (as provided by PharmCAS)
