Welcome Family Facilitators! • We have a full agenda today! • Be prepared to celebrate the accomplishments in sharing with our families, reflect on last year, and start thinking about this year’s activities • After you sign in, please complete the following: Directions • Pull out the yellow sheet labeled “It’s Time for Partners” in your folder. • Find a family facilitator who is available during the 1:00, 5:00, 8:00, and 10:00time slots. • Write the name on the line next to the agreed upon time.

Quality Indicator (QI) Updates • You will assist your LEA Team in completing the LEA Quality Indicators at the September Regional Meeting • Schools will continue to complete School Quality Indicators into the system by November 14, 2014 • Prepare them in advance, more details coming at the Regional Meeting
Parental Involvement - SPP Indicator 8 • Parental Involvement – based on a survey of parents’ overall impression of whether schools facilitated their involvement as a means of improving services and results for children with disabilities.
Discussion: • Have you seen this survey? • Take a few minutes to read through the questions. • Circle a few questions you might want to include on your feedback forms for families? • Could you use this survey as written and when? • What could you do with the survey results?
