Alpha Phi Sigma 2014 Enrollment period January 13 – February 13
How to get to your GPA: • Have your DARS (Degree Audit Report) • To access login to your MyASU • On the right side, look for “My programs and eAdvisor” • Underneath your major, locate “My progress report (DARS)” • Click on “degree audit” • Click select “degree audit” • Click submit new “degree audit” • Click “refresh list”—it may take a few moments • Click on “open audit” near the bottom of the page • This is your DARS report, where you can find your cumulative and CRJ GPA
Complete the Application • Download the application: • APSApplication to complete • Fully complete the application and save to prepare for attaching to an email • You must send your application via email to alphaphisigma.asu@gmail.com (Only electronic submissions are accepted)
Gather Accompanying Docs • Gather a most recent copy of your unofficial transcripts • **If you are transferring to ASU please also include a copy of the DARS report just ran
Items to send in.. Please send the email with: • Completed application in Word.doc format • Most recent Unofficial Transcripts • Also,DARS if needed (transfer students) • $60.00 Money Order or Cashiers Checks made payable to AlphaPhiSigma can be dropped off or mailed in to: AlphaPhiSigma ASU-School of Criminology & Criminal Justice 411 N.
