ObjectivesCARD CARD is a popular e-Governance project being implemented for the last decade in 432 SROs of the state of Andhra Pradesh rendering the following services of registration with a predefined service levels
Automation of Back Office functionsCARD • Electronic preservation of documents through scanning and Archival • Generation of accounts, MIS & Indexes • Periodical Revision of market values
What’snewiCARD • Control of impersonation cases through electronic capture of Finger prints & Photos of registering public • iCARD, intranet-enabled CARD replicating the data of registered documents from SRO to CDC (CARD Data Center) through WAN a backbone to CARD Web services URL igrs.ap.gov.in • Enhanced security for the data of the documents registered at any SRO of the State as Offsite backup storage
Limitations CARD • Service is limited to • Business hours of SRO and no Scope for 24 x 7 service • Disruption of service due to occasional breakdowns • Citizens who can visit SRO • No scope for NRIs to plan their investment in Real Estate • Little impact on middle men due to inadequate transparency of valuation • Scope of automation limited to Functions of SRO only • No scope for dissemination of information on-line
Objectives CARD Web Services • Services of Registration on anywhere and anytime basis through a multi channel delivery system minimizing the role of middle men • Enhanced transparency in • Valuation of Properties • Encumbrance & Certified copies. • Dissemination of information to all Stake Holders • Extension of automation to cover all other offices above SRO • Internal Audit • Market value intelligence • MIS on Revenue • Above all, enabling the citizens beware of the acts and encumbrances and valuation of properties to best of their satisfaction reducing the cases of double Registration and litigation
Registration & Land Records CARD Web Services • Every MRO is an authorized user of CARD Web services by default • Internet connectivity is required for initiating Mutation • Training for MROs • Facilitates CCLA to review the progress report online • Mandal wise • Day wise
ObjectiveNLRMP Creation of Conclusive Title through a system of Title Registration Availability of spatial data in electronic form
