  2. Timeline for Reporting All dates are tentative.

  3. Data Review Process

  4. Data Available in SDRR • Roster information has been loaded and matched with test vendor data. • For example, if a book was submitted for a student to the vendor and the student was not on your roster, then the student was added to your roster by KDE. • Rosters must match vendor information. • Changes made during the roster window are reflected in data review. • Data Review is your opportunity to review and verify this data before it is publicly released. • No scores are in SDRR.

  5. Prioritizing Your Data Review School and districts may review all available student information. OAA encourages focus on these priorities. • Step 1 Accountability(Priority One) • Confirm your 100 day students that will contribute to your district or school accountability. • Indicate any non-100 day students that should be removed from your accountability. • Step 2 Demographics(Priority Two) • Check free-reduced lunch and students with disability status (IEP), since these have potential to change over time. • Confirm ethnicity and race categories. • Tested school and grade cannot be changed, except by request to KDE.

High School • Grade 8 EOC students tested in 2011-12 are now included in their accountable high school’s student listing. • CCR is based on G-Codes in Infinite Campus (IC). • Changes to G-Codes should be made in IC. • Other issues and questions with CCR, please e-mail kdeassessment@education.ky.gov

Accommodations • Available only for a student with an IEP or PSP. • No specific accommodations are collected – Yes or No • When IEP or EL/LEP (PSP) is selected, the Accommodations column will change to No. • If accommodations were used by the student, go to the Accommodations column and change it to Yes. • Accommodations field will reflect whether the accommodations were given for one or both plans.

Data Review Changes Listing (Tickets) • New – changes which have not yet been processed by OAA • Updated –additional information is needed from school/district • Denied – changes which were not approved by OAA (additional changes may be requested for the same student, but the denied changes will remain in the record) • Approved – changes which have been processed by OAA or were automatically approved (such as demographic changes)
