Fruit and Veg • You should aim to eat 5 fruit and veg a day. • This will give you some of the nutrition that you need every day. • It doesn't matter if you don’t eat 5 fruit and veg every day but as long as you try you are making a good start. • You don’t have to eat 5 fruit and vegetables a day you can also have fruit or vegetable juices.
What happens if you don’t eat healthily. • You have a greater risk of getting heart disease. • You can get overweight. • If you get depressed than you can start eating unhealthily. • There are two different types of eating disorders. One is not eating at all(anorexia) and the other is eating to much junk food.
