  2. CAVUM THORAX • Rongga terbesar kedua • Berbentuk Kerucut • Dibentuk oleh: Dorsal : vertebrae thoracalis, ligamentum dan otot Lateral : Costae dan M. Intercostalis  Ventral : sternum, cartilago costae asternale, otot • Apex  Apertura thoracalis cranial • Basis  apertura thoracalis caudal (diafragma)

  3. CAVUM THORAX • RUMINANSIA lebih pendek dan lebar • Septum mediastinum membagi thorax jdi 2 rongga, yang masing2 dilapisiolehmembran serous tipisdisebutpleura  Pleurarelatif tebal dan kedua saccusnya terpisah sempurna • Mediastinum lebih besar di bagian sinister

  4. PLEURA • Dibagi 4 regio : • Costae • Diafragma • Mediastinal parietal pleura • Mediastinal visceral pleura • Pleura mediastinal membentuk septum mediastinum sebagai hasil pertemuan 2 membran pleura di planum median

  5. MEDIASTINUM • Septum mediastinum  sekat • Spatium mediastinum  celah yang dibatasi oleh columna vertebralis (dorsal), pleura (lateral), sternum (ventral), diafragma (caudal) • Terbagi 3: • Precardiaca • Cardiaca • Postcardiaca

  6. Med. PRECARDIACA Berisi : • pembuluhdarah(menghubungkn dg kepala, leher, kaki dpan) • n.vagus • n.phrenicus • Oesophagus • Trachea • Thymus • lnn.

  7. Med. CARDIACA Berisi : • Cor • Pericardium • Trunchus arteri dan vena • Oesophagus • Akhir trachea • N. Phrenicus • Dll.

  8. Med. POSTCARDIACA Berisi : • Aorta • Nn. Vagus • N. Phrenicus • Oesophagus • Lnn. Thoracica caudalis • Vena cava

  9. APERTURA THORACALIS • Apertura Thoracalis Cranial (thorax inlet) • Dibatasi : v. Thoracalis (dorsal), sepasang costae I (lateral), sternum (ventral) • Berisi : M. Longus colli, trachea, oesophagus, a/v/n kaki depan, thymus (hewan muda)

  10. APERTURA THORACALIS • Apertura Thoracalis Caudal (thorax outlet) • Miring cranioventral • Dibentuk /dibatasi oleh diafragma

  11. MUSCULUS CAVUM THORAX • Fascia lumbo-dorsalis • M serratus dorsalis cranialis et caudalis, • M. retractor costae, berbentuk kecil seperti kipas yang terletak di caudo dorsal costae terakhir.

  12. M. illiocostalis (m. longissimuscostarum) • M. longissimusdorsi(beradadiantara sacrum dan vertebrae cervicalis V) • M. spinalisdorsi(kelanjutan m longissimusdorsi) • M. multifidusdorsi

  13. M. levatores costarum (12 pasang keluar dari processus transversus vertebrae thoracalis) • M. rectus thoracis(origo pada costae I, insertio pada cartilago costae III dan IV, dan sternum) • M. intercostalis externi(12 pasang, caudoventral) • M. intercostalis interni(12 pasang, cranioventral) • Fascia endothoracica (merupakan membran elastis yang tumbuh sempurna yang mensupport pleura parietalis)
