September 16 Tues. October 14 Tues. November 18 Tues. December 16 Tried to organize around large known conferences (ACEEE, ASHRAE, AESP, CEE, BPA/NEEA, Esource, UEF, EPRI)

Business Plan & Staff Evaluation • Finishing our first year with the majority of budget allocated to contract staff • Request feedback from members and corresponding members on how this is or is not working • Will prepare online survey to collect comments and feedback • Nick, Tom & Charlie to collect and anonymize comments for review by Operations Subcommitteeand Ops

  5. Grocery Subcommittee meeting • PECI is working on EER sensitivity analysis • Plans to present to Grocery Subcommittee for feedback prior to finalizing • Will be sending out poll to lock down time: • Last week of Sept. • First week of Oct. • Early analysis indicates: this impacts savings quite a bit for some measures

  6. Small/Rural Subcommittee meeting • Meeting tomorrow from 9:30 – 11:00am here at council offices (and via webinar) • Agenda: • Status of Schools Lighting and Barn Lights UES measure development • Mobile Home Decommissioning • Revisit priority list for 2013  • Upcoming work plan items for 2014 • Review of recently approved UES measures http://rtf.nwcouncil.org/subcommittees/smallutilities/Default.asp
