ERDF Award £550k • Chief Executives Elect for spin-outs • University appoints CEO elect for six months prior to company formation Note that Chancellor’s has announced Government's intention to include in the Pre Budget Report a measure to remove the tax barrier to university spinouts. This should remove the Schedule 22 provision as applied to University spinouts from 2nd December
