Partnering colleagues to support staff HR Business Partner – Maternity cover £31,000 per annum Working as our HR Business Partner you will become a key player in Wulvern’s home team. Your role will help us to grow, sustain and improve our business by providing an comprehensive HR service across the business. Working in partnership with all levels of management you will ensure that HR activity is aligned to support their business plans, ensuring equality and fairness is exercised throughout our business. By working with employees you will find out their personal goals and work with them to allow them to achieve them. You will also be responsible for ensuring all actions taken by managers are legally compliant with current UK Employment Law, leaving the Association at minimum risk or liability from employment claims, but at the same time ensuring that the business can achieve it’s aims. To carry out this role you should be CIPD qualified and experience at HRBP level would be advantageous. You should have sound knowledge of current employment law and experience of working with trade unions. You should also be proactive and driven to be successful in this challenging role.
