  4. Social effects • State and communism worship • Frequent snitching • Five Year Plans

  5. Political Effects • Politburo was the central commmite of the USSR • Kulaks were the first to excersice the right of public rights. • Stalin took control using the Great Purges to seize the complete control of the government.

  6. Economic Effects Five-Year Plans • Enforced by Stalin • Industrialize as fast as possible • Gosplan built power plants & large factories in new cities.

  7. Collectivization of Agriculture • Peasants grain was confiscated • Collective farms replaced private farms • Stalin reversed agricultural policies
