Treatment with solid intramedullary SIGN nail in cases of Implant failure of diaphysial fractures of long bones.

This study assesses the outcome of using a solid intramedullary SIGN nail in cases of implant failure for diaphyseal fractures of long bones. The objective is to evaluate the union rate following the use of SIGN nail in implant failure scenarios. The study includes 15 cases, with patients aged between 17 to 50 years. Among the cases, 10 patients had failed femur implants, 4 had failed tibia implants, and 1 had a failed humeral implant.
