PROPOSTA DE PROTOCOLO DE ANAMNESE FONOAUDIOLÓGICA PARA A CLÍNICA DE VOZANA CAROLINE CRUZ BONFIM, MARCIA SIMÕES-ZENARI, KATIA NEMR DEPARTAMENTO DE FISIOTERAPIA, FONOAUDIOLOGIA E TERAPIA OCUPACIONALFACULDADE DE MEDICINA, UNIVERSIDADE DE SÃO PAULO Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso de Graduação Anamnese Fonoaudiológica em Voz RESULTADOS Apenas algumas questões relacionadas a queixas não vocais e ao abuso vocal não diferenciaram os grupos de mulheres adultas com e sem alteração vocal. O escore final calculado para cada protocolo e as médias diferenciaram os dois grupos (p<0,001). A média de 15,2 (DP=8,2) obtida para o GSD foi bem mais baixa que a do GD de 57,1 (DP=19,9). CONCLUSÕES O Protocolo de Anamnese Geral em Voz proposto teve sua aplicabilidade comprovada junto a mulheres na faixa etária de 18 a 59 anos diferenciando, por meio de questões isoladas e do escore final proposto, os grupos com e sem queixa e alteração vocal.
