Student Services Directions “A Blueprint for Student Success”
Student Voices • Future Students – i-Pads or tablets, no books, no pencils, help when I need it, learning when I want it, multitasking, texting • Current Students – Feedback, awareness of information and resources, consistency, complexity/number of steps, want one person/place
Student Success – Guiding Principles We will collect & respond to student preferences in support of students’ goals and needs. We will promote a culture of caring and connectedness that takes into account the changing nature of students’ lives.
http://www.lcc.edu/futurestars/visit/ Individual visits will take place on Monday and Friday at 10:00 a.m., noon and 3:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., noon and 5:30 p.m. most weeks and last approximately an hour and a half.

COLLABORATIVE The Arts & Sciences Building will encourage collaboration among and between students, faculty and departments. FOCUS ON LEARNERS AND LEARNING Space will be student-focused first. Non-academic spaces that can be consolidated will be to provide maximum room and budget for learning spaces.
