The Scholarship • Subsistence allowance, monthly amount to be transferred to beneficiary:Undergraduate & Master1.000 euro Doctorate1.500 euro Post-doc1.800 euro Academic Staff2.500 euro • Travel costs: 1.500 euro • Participation costs: 3.000 euro/year for student mobilities of at least 10 months • Insurance costs: 75 euro/month

Initial selection phase • Each EU Partner is responsible for evaluating all its applications • Administrative eligibility check of the applications • Common criteria for Evaluation of eligible applications: • Academic Evaluation -> 0/100; • Language skills -> 0/30; • Motivation -> 0/30; • Ranking according to: • Target group • Type of mobility • “For doctorates a check on ethic issues should be carried out when selecting them and before the beginning of any research requiring opinions or approvals of relevant ethic committee(s)” (http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/ethics_en.html)
