  3. VISION STATEMENT TO SEE: • A new evolution of ladies and girl-child all over the world • A world free of ladies and girl-child sexual abuse and harassment • An environment where ladies and girl-child will have a sense of belonging • An environment void of forceful and girl-child marriages.

MISSION STATEMENT • Training and awareness programmes for ladies and girl-child all over our colleges. • Seminars for college graduates. • Distribution of pamphlets to parent’s on the evil of forceful marriages • Pasting of awareness and training posters in our schools and hospitals • Addressing the issue of HIV/AIDS in it’s totality

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT LEA is a non-profit making and non-government organization To be a member of this organization, you must be: • Above twelve years of age. • A non-racist, non-tribalist. • Able to respect people’s religion and decision. • Someone with good team spirit. • A lover of people without prejudice. • Able to work without close supervision. • Creative and humble.

  6. MEMBERS Interested individuals or groups are eligible to join LEA provided the membership agreement is met. Members are wanted all over the world. It will interest you all to know that LEA does not have an executive for now. The only position that LEA have is that of the motivator cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The other positions will be taken by members who have distinguished themselves as a member of LEA. Representatives are needed in all countries of the world.
