Ground rules • This meeting is NOT a forum for individual complaints or personal issues. • We advocate open and honest communication and challenge between individuals • We will be flexible, listen, ask for help and support each other • We will demonstrate a commitment to delivering results, as a group • Silence indicates agreement – please speak up! • All views are valid and will be listened to • No phones please or other disruptions • We will start and finish on time and stick to the agenda

Twitter Been up and running since mid November No increase in followers since 22nd December! What can we do to increase the number of followers?
Building improvements • Funding granted by the PCT for improvements on two Heating Systems at Shelf and Mixenden. Shelf works carried out and Mixenden ongoing at present. • New flooring and chairs for patient waiting areas at Woodside, Mixenden and Shelf agreed to be replaced in line with new CQC guidelines coming out in April 2013. • Further funding available and applied for. Confirmation to follow whether this has been approved.
Practice Newsletter • Next scheduled for late March spring edition • Catherine has been interviewed today by the PR students to include an article on our student training programme. • Any ideas you want to throw in for the rest of the newsletter? • Any thing you want formatting differently?
Patient Survey 2011-2012 • First surveys hit the waiting rooms the week running up to Christmas • Advertised in surgery, on website, on twitter, on prescriptions – handed out at Shelf surgery by Sue! • Total responses: 66 • 15 collected in Woodside Surgery • 7 Survey Monkeys • 18 collected in Mixenden Surgery • 26 collected in Shelf Surgery • Next few slides show a summary of all results so far –not broken down by site at the moment.
