Key take away messages • Grassroots movement requiring the five rights: • Right people forming the support network (nurse educators, new graduates, managers, policy advisors, etc...) • Righttiming and there must be a desire to have a support network • Righteffort and motivation by all key stakeholders • Rightand true spirit of collaboration between senior and new graduate nurses • Rightconnectivity and the fluid communication must be maintained at all times
