  2. Lo que yo pretendía con esta teoría era GARANTIZAR LA LIBERTAD DE LOS CIUDADANOS Y para conseguir esa finalidad, pensé que en los estados deberían estar separados los diferentes poderes

  3. EL PODER LEGISLATIVO ELABORA LAS LEYES RESIDE EN EL PARLAMENTO

  4. EL PODER EJECUTIVO HACE QUE SE CUMPLA LA LEY RESIDE EN EL GOBIERNO

  5. ADMINISTRA LA JUSTICIA RESIDE EN LOS JUECES Y EN LOS TRIBUNALES EL PODER JUDICIAL PULSA AQUÍ PARA VOLVER
