Internal Staffing Process • Hiring Supervisor & HRBP hold strategic workforce planning discussion to discuss open position and staffing plans Review Workforce Plans with HRBP • Hiring Supervisor initiates job requisition • Recruiter completes job requisition and holds strategic staffing discussion with supervisor to discuss sourcing, screening, selection and potential offers Complete Job Requisition • Recruiter posts requisition to internal Career Express site; may also search internal database to match possible candidates • TMTs follow team processes to source preferred or additional candidates Source Candidates Candidate Application • Candidates apply online via Career Express • Supervisor receives notice that employee has applied. • Recruiter filters candidates and provides short list for follow-up to hiring Supervisor Screen & Assess Applicant • Hiring Supervisor and selection team conduct interviews and/or hold selection meeting with Supervisors / TMT Reps • Hiring Supervisor works with Recruiter/HRBP to make offer Interview, Select & Extend Offer • Candidate accepts; Recruiter notifies all candidates as to outcome Notification to all candidates • Hiring Supervisor initiates steps in Manager Express to complete the internal transfer process Internal Transfer
