  3. Issues Under Review I104 – Add additional SAC04 Codes for Transition Charges, Transition Charge Off Allowance, Credits and Weather Events Next Step: Texas SET discussing including with guide release later this year 3

  4. Issues Under Review I105 – Support processes related to PUCT Project 37291 – Meter Tampering and Disconnection and Reconnection of service for customers with Advanced Meters Next Step: Will go to Meter Tampering Task Force for their input 4

  5. Issues Under Review I106 – With the new functionality provided by AMS meters to detect power outages and power restoration and to allow customers to request power outage/restoration notifications via Smart Meter Texas there is need for TDSPs to receive customer contact information via the 814_PC transaction. Next Step: Change Control being drafted 5

  6. Issues Under Review I107 – PUCT Project 37622 proposes new Critical Care Status designations that would add new identification requirements to all affected TX SET Implementation Guides. Next Step: Change Control being drafted 6

  7. Issues Under Review I108 – TX SET Guides should be update to reflect correct information Next Step: Change Control being drafted 7

  8. Issues Under Review I109 – With the changes to the PUCT rules around disconnect timelines for AMS meters we just want to verify what each TDSP will expect in regards to date requested. Next Step: Change Control being drafted 8

  9. Texas SET 4.0 Changes to implement Tampering Change to implement Critical Care/Differed Payment rulemakings. Transfer due to Acquisition Outstanding Texas SET Change Controls 9
