Fayette County Community Action Agency Food Bank EXTRA HELP FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN • General Information:Fayette County Community Action Food Bank, in conjunction with the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, will be getting funding for families with children to receive additional product boxes from June through September 2010. These boxes, one food box and two non-food boxes, consist of the following items: • Box #1 Box #2 Box #3 • Hot Dogs Dishwashing Liquid Aluminum Foil • Turkey Sausage Laundry Detergent Facial Tissues • Chicken Drumsticks Bar Soap Bath Tissue • Whole Chicken Toothpaste Food Storage Bags • Ground Beef Toothbrush Paper Plates • Deodorant Paper Towels • Baby Shampoo • Cleaning Agent • Baby Wipes • Trash Bag • Eligibility :To participate in this program, households must have at least one child under the age of 18 and meet the income guidelines outlined below: • Please note that these are additional product boxes available through a special grant and that households can still receive the regular pantry box or any CSFP boxes that they may be eligible for while still participating in the program. • How can I register? :Registration will be conducted at the same time as the first distribution, June 23, 2010 at FCCAA Food Bank, 119 N. Beeson Blvd., Uniontown from 1:00PM – 3:30PM. • Participants need to bring the following proof of eligibility: • Photo ID • Proof of income (examples include pay stubs, DPW printout, Social Security statement, 2009 Federal Income Tax Return Form) • Proof of children residing with you ages 0-17 years (examples include report cards, DPW printout, WIC card, 2009 Federal Income Tax Return Form, lease) • For more information, please call the Fayette County Community Action Food Bank at 724-437-6050, ext. 1264 or 1215.
