Compiling a Parts List • Vendors • Sparkfun: general purpose electronics store – has breakout boards for many components, microcontrollers, sensors and actuators. Should be the first place you look for parts and good tutorials.(http://www.sparkfun.com) • Digikey: analog components – purchase all your resistors, capacitors, transistors etc. from Digikey.(http://www.digikey.com) • Amazon: everything else you need.(http://www.amazon.com) • Pololu: robotics store – has mainly robotics parts. Motors (stepper, servo, DC), motor controllers, and batteries.(http://www.pololu.com)
