2. Offer New Solutions A good leader is innovative and creative - and is able to take a long-term vision. He/she offers new solutions to problems that come up frequently ... The Second Samurai
3. Build Consensus A good leader creates an environment where followers can offer their opinions. He/she accepts these opinions and builds consensus among the followers ... The Third Samurai
4. Action-oriented A good leader is able to convert goals and objectives to step-by-step actions that can satisfy the goals. He/she is able to make best use of existing resources to develop action plans and implement them ... The Fourth Samurai
5. Opportunity Creating A good leader is able to create an environment where opportunities are created, and met by the aspirations of the followers ... The Fifth Samurai
