Submittal Information • New SPIL Cycle – FY 2011-2013 • Due Date: July 1, 2010 • Effective Date: October 1, 2010

Online SPIL When submitting online, you are not required to mail signed hard copies of the SPIL but you must certify in the MIS that the signed and dated SPIL and lobbying certification are retained on file. If you are already registered in the MIS, go to Technical Support to request access to the SPIL. If you are not registered in the MIS, go to information for New Users.
