Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) • Our Finance and Commercial Academy incorporates the CIMA qualification as our preferred route of study. • During the first two years Academy students will achieve firstly the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting and then the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting (Operational level of the professional exams). • The student then has the opportunity to continue to progress to fully qualified status within an estimated timeframe of 5 years from starting CIMA studies • Further information about CIMA can be found on their website: http://www.cimaglobal.com/study-with-us “CIMA is the world's largest professional body of management accountants”

What do we expect from you • Achieving 280 Minimum entry requirements (BBC)(exc General Studies) at A-Level or equivalent and preferably studied business, economics, finance or maths • Your commitment to achieving excellent results both in the work place with your CIMA studies • A passion to work in a business finance related role • Minimum grade C in Maths and English at GCSE • The Types of behaviours we look for are: • Team Working • Drive and Motivation • Innovative • Interest in Finance
Application Process • Online application form • CV upload • If successful at online application stage you will be invited to have a 25min competency based telephone interview. • Once successful, you will complete an online numerical and verbal test. • People with the highest scores will then be invited to a full days assessment centre in our Frimley headquarters around late March.
