Land Surveyors Commence at the point on intersection of the South right of way line of State Road No.1 and the Eastern boundary line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 1 East, Leon County, Florida, and run North 67 degrees 35 minutes East along said South right of way line of State Road No.1 (Tallahassee and Jacksonville Road) 1565 feet to a point hereinafter called the point of beginning, thence North 67 degrees 35 minutes East along said right of way line of State Road No.1 a distance of 120 feet; thence South 22 degrees 25 minutes East, at right angles to the said South right of way line of State Road No.1 to the North right of way line of S.A.L. Railway, thence Southwesterly along the said Northern line of the S.A.L. Railway right-of-way to a point which is South 22 degrees 25 minutes East at right angles to the said point of beginning, thence in a Northern direction to the point of beginning

Terms 3 Foresight (FS): A rod reading taken from a turning point, or a point of reference to an identified point to establish elevation
