  2. How do we communicate? • Visual • Auditory • Tactile • Chemical

  3. Visual Communication • Humans communicate by writing letters, typing e-mails, and reading. • Wolves communicate by showing facial expressions.

  4. Auditory Communication • Humans communicate by talking and making sounds. • Wolves communicate by howling under the moon to tell where they are.

  5. Tactile Communication • Humans communicate by shaking hands to tell their agreeing. • Wolves communicate by scratching the ground, telling it’s their territory.

  6. Chemical Communication • Women use perfume to attract men. • Wolves mark the ground with their scent to tell other wolves that it’s their territory.
