  7. What have we done already? • Please list any accomplishments that the group or organization has done in the community or on the campus. If you have already had a meeting to find interested students, list that – and tell us who is already involved

  9. What we are requesting… • Please list the type of group status you are requesting on the campus as well as any seed money funding you may be requesting, etc..
