  11. Currency Conversion – Exchange Rate • Container Management - New field that displays exchange rate • User can select delivery order from LOV. When selected, exchange rate populates.

  12. Currency Conversion – Exchange Rate • If exchange rate needs to be modified, user can click the delivery order link to access new screen.

  13. Currency Conversion – Exchange Rate • Exchange rate can be modified and saved. • A message will notify users of what will happen • Saved changes will be reflected on all container records associated with the delivery order number

  14. Currency Conversion – Exchange Rate • When assigning a delivery order number to a container, the number must first be added to the delivery order set up screen. • This can be accessed from the container management screen.

  15. Currency Conversion – Exchange Rate • Delivery Order Screen • Users can search, add, and modify delivery orders • Controlled by user access profiles • Located under the Administration/Waste section

Currency Conversion – Exchange Rate • If you have the DRMO Interface running: • the delivery order number will automatically be inserted into the delivery order table • and associated with the container • You will then be able to add an exchange rate to the delivery order number • The following screens and reports were modified to pull based on the container exchange rate when present: • Waste Funding • Log In Containers • Removal Order • Cost Shipped – Ship Date Report • 1348 • Cost Shipped – Waste Stream Report • Obligation by Organization Report • And the EUL

  17. PDA Enhancements • Fields with an LOV validate data against LOV

  18. PDA Enhancements • On Turn In, the cursor should not toggle between two fields, it should remain on the serial number field • Qty In field determines Status field default value
