Alamo Chapter Air Force Association I joined AFA and stayed because…. • Association’s Support for Air Force People • Balls, dinners, resume service, help wherever… • AFA awards show appreciation to folks who may otherwise not be recognized • Leadership and Education • Non-school path for “Self Improvement” - Wealth of Info – Keep abreast of what’s going on in San Antonio/Worldwide that affects the Air Force

Alamo Chapter Air Force Association Also Because…. • Scholarships • Seven UTSA ($2500); 16 JROTC ($2400); AFA Member/Family ($1500); Essay Contest ($250); Support 30 Elementary Classrooms ($2700) • Keeping the young people interested • Not Narrowly Focused • Not Sgt or Officer, but all as 1 Team!
