  6. Silver Wings (SW) • SW: Civilian-lead professional, honorary, community service group focused on the Air Force to create better leaders in the private sector. • While AAS and SW are separate organizations, our strong partnership is based on highly complementary missions

  8. Joint National Project • “Reaching Out” • Duration: 1 year • Reaching out advocates our involvement in our community to help those who have a disability. • Over 36,000,000 Americans have some type of disability.

  9. STEM • STEM is not the JNP, but don’t worry! • AAS now keeps track of the STEM Hours • SW keeps track of STEM through national point system
