Why a new Evaluation? The Organizational Bullseye helps us focus on what is important for our individual and organizational success. Within our Bullseye are core competencies such as Safety, Professionalism, Training, Mission, Vision and Values, SOPs, Interpersonal Skills, Technical Skills, Reliability, Leadership, Supervision and Feedback/Evaluation. These competencies help us to provide a professional service to our community and live in relationship with one another. With this being our focus, the next step is to have an evaluation process that measures us in light of the Bullseye.
