Dip chicken in ice water and then coat thoroughly with Seasoned Flour (Chicken Fry) For a heavier crust, dip chicken back into ice water and then coat again with seasoned flour a second time before frying Deep Frying: Grease should be at 350 degrees!Set a timer for 15 minutes, drop thighs in fryer first, after 1 minute drop breasts and drumsticks, wait 2 minutes and drop wings. Finish Frying for the remaining 12 minutes. • Tips: • Fryer temperature should be at 350 degrees. Hotter Temperatures and longer Frying times will affect color and internal texture of product.
