VI.KEHAMILAN • Tiazid dan diuretik kuat dapat mengakibatkan gangguan elektrolit di janin, juga dilaporkan kelainan darah pada neonati. • Wanita hamil hanya dapat menggunakan diuretika pada fase terakhir kehamilannya atas indikasi ketat dan dengan dosis yang serendah-rendahnya • Furosemide, HCT, dan Spironolakton mencapai susu ibu dan menghambat laktasi
