EUR States Participation in OPT The following States registered to participate in one or more OPT test session*: • Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom The following States did not register to participate in an OPT session*: • Andorra, FYROM, Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan * Valid 4/10/2012 FPL2012 TF#7 10 October 2012

Feedback • 24 Incident Reports raised – none outstanding • Many queries / outstanding issues: • Aerodrome location not compulsory when ZZZZ • IFPS Error message not always explicit enough e.g. INVALID COMBINATION OF MODE S CAPABILITY (SEQPT) • Unwanted ACK, REJ received from other states, sometimes with format differences • DEP/ accepted even if ZZZZ not used • ‘Z’ in Field 10 requires NAV/, COM/, DAT/ but NAV/, COM/, DAT/, does not require ‘Z’ • No cross-checks between e.g. ‘B6’ in PBN/ and ‘C’ in Field 10a • Content of Field 18 in Associated messages and DOF usage • Meaning of ‘-0’ in Associated messages & in Field 22 of CHG e.g. (CHG-ABC123-EBBR2230-EDDF-0-13/EBBR0200-18/0) • Erroneous removal of spurious ‘/’ in Field 18 • Duplicate SRC/ present following diversion AFP message processing FPL2012 TF#7 10 October 2012
