  2. Tall shrub tree of Simaroubacea family • Commonly found along the hilly jungle slopes of Malaysia • Bigger version found in Himalayas known as Himalayan Ginseng • 2 varieties having medicinal values • E. Apiculata • E.Longifolia

  4. Eurycoma LongifoliaMedicinal Properties • Traditionally used as a multipurpose health tonic by the Malays • Used to treat fever and ‘Deman Kura’ • Used to treat ulcer and swelling • In Indonesia, locally brewed with coffee for physical and muscular relief
