Wettelijke basis • Wet op het voortgezet Onderwijs – artikel 10h, lid 5: • Vmbo-scholen en scholengemeenschappen met vmbo • Organisatie + ondersteuning voor leerlingen die ortho-pedagogische en/of ortho-didactische benadering nodig hebben • Permanente Commissie Leerlingenzorg voor LWO en Pro-leerlingen • Vaststellen zorgplan • Bekostigingsbasis: - Leerlingen klas 3 + 4 vmbo (2010: 227,-- zorgmiddelen + 93,-- rebound)
