  2. Summary • Bone was raped by her stepfather. • Bone was beat up with a belt in the bathroom. • She suffered physical and sexual abuse. • She became withdrawn as time went by. • Abuse affects children for their whole life.

  3. A 5-month-old baby was left inside a vehicle. • His mom was arrested. • The parents should take the responsibility for their kids.

  4. Children were sexually abused by a pedophile. • Children refrained from asking for help.

  5. Possible ways to prevent child abuse • Communication. • Guidance. • Sense of security.

  6. Statistics • Every ten seconds a child is abused. • More than 5 children die every day. • It occurs at every socioeconomic level. • About 30% of abused and neglected children will abuse their own kids. • 14% of all men and 36% of all women in prison in USA were abused as children.

  7. Conclusion • Abusers are the people who break the wings of the angels. • Child abuse will leave a shadow to his or her life forever. • Our hands are used to comfort children, not to beat or hurt them.
