Measure 9.3 – Popularization of formal lifelong learning in school forms • formal certification of general and vocational qualifications obtained in informal way (support for persons who declare willingness to take external examination and have their qualifications confirmed) • educating in school forms adult person • advisory service as to choosing profile and form of formal learning in context of needs of regional or local labour market • support to adult schools, lifelong learning institutions, institutions of practical education and institutions of in-service training in the field of formal education, aimed at: • monitoring needs and enhancing or adjusting educational offer to needs of regional and local labour market, • increasing quality of educational offer, • developing innovative forms of lifelong learning, including e-learning
Implementation of Measure 9.3 in Silesian Voivodship • allocation in 2007–2013 – 19 207 023 EUR = 78 009 324 PLN (1 EUR = 4,0615 PLN) • since 2007 – 36 projects of value 31 040 632 PLN • money contributed to beneficiaries – almost 12 000 000 PLN
