Aims
Identify and recruit the most talented girls with the locality of the Centre
To provide quality coaching, education, and welfare at all age groups, and all levels
To enhance player development, incorporating the principles of LTPD, providing individuals with both technical, physiological, psychological, and social knowledge to achieve their full potential
Objectives
To develop players to a standard consistent with the highest levels in womens football
To recommend players for national U15 & U17 selection if deemed at the appropriate standard
Establish squads at U10, 12, 14 & 16 age groups

- Open to any player within the age bracket
- Player can be nominated by club, school, parent, themselves
If player is selected, Centre of Excellence will:
- Send letter of courtesy to grassroot club secretary informing them of decision, and if player signs they can no longer play club football
- Inform WRGFL of players signing for Centre
