  10. Choosing a HIPAA Compliant Video Platform There are many options to choose from Any option you pick must provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) that will be required by BPA Health Skype and Facebook are not HIPAA compliant Or….

Zoom.us BPA Health will provide you with a free Zoom license. • It is a basic membership, free to you as long as BPA holds their overall license with Zoom • Includes unlimited 1 to 1 meetings, 40 min group meetings, video conferencing, and more • And, you may use this license for non-SUD client business as well • If you need a group meeting for more than 40 minutes, we will loan you a video room for that purpose….call us to schedule
