  4. NBCC Principles • The health care system must be easy to navigate for patients and providers • The health care system should be easy to administer • All individuals must financially contribute to the system, based on ability • 1 cent, 1 dollar, 10 dollars, 100 dollars

  5. NBCC principles & core values • Access • To all the care you need, when you need it • More not always better • Information • Complete and correct ex: treatments, tests, etc • Medical records-understandable • Choice • About your doctors and your treatment (evidence based)
