GCC Initiatives Towards eGovernment & Sustainable Public Services Towards E-Kuwait As a part of the pioneer role in IT strategic planning, and in accordance with its responsibility to promote E-Society in Kuwait, CAIT has launched a national initiative to digitize, analyze, and preserve Kuwait heritage as documented in the five daily major newspapers published since independence.
