We felt the need to lower the entry cost to become an IBO; while increasing the upfront commissions.
IBO Changes • Effective September 1, 2015, it will only cost a new Independent Business Owner (IBO) $24.95 per year. • This annual enrollment fee will include the IBO back office, E-commerced enabled websites, downloadable brochures, forms and training. • IBO Fees can only be paid by credit card or debit card. • Of course the Annual Enrollment Fee will be non-commissionable.
Membership Changes Effective September 1, 2015 • Dental Plus – Includes • Dental • Vision – includes Frames Direct • Prescription - including Diabetic Supplies • Chiropractic • *Non Medical Benefits Include: Office Depot, Dell Computers, Sprint, JCP Portraits & Free Conference Calling • Med Plus – Includes • Telemedicine • Hospital Advocacy – Now includes advocacy for prior hospital bills • Ancillary Services – includes Lab, MRI, CT Scans, Bloodwork • Prescription - including Diabetic Supplies • Both memberships will be priced at $25.00 per month, plus a one time registration fee of $20.00 each. However, both memberships may be purchased as a “Combo” for $40.00 per month, plus a one time registration fee of $35.00 • Membership fees can only be paid by Credit card or Debit card. Dental Plus is designed for areas in which we have dental providers, usually with a population of 50,000 or more. However, Med Plus is designed to be sold in all markets.
Effective September 1, 2015, In order to become a “commission qualified” IBO a new IBO will need to buy for their own personal use or sell to a customer, either a Dental Plus, Med Plus or a Combo membership. This means there are two way to become a “commission qualified” IBO Regular Memberships (Dental Plus or Med Plus) $24.95 – IBO Annual Enrollment Fee $25.00 – Membership fee (Dental Plus or Med Plus) $20.00 – One-time membership registration fee $69.95 – Total due Combo Membership $24.95 – IBO Annual Enrollment Fee $40.00 – Membership fee (Dental Plus or Med Plus) $35.00 – One-time membership registration fee $99.95 – Total due

A new IBO can earn over $1000 in their first 30 days, if they fast track to RSD. • IBO advance commissions for Regular Memberships: • 1st Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $40.00 (4 month advance commission) • 2nd Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $50.00 (5 month advance commission) • 3rd Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $60.00 (6 month advance commission) • 4th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $70.00 (7 month advance commission) • 5th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $80.00 (8 month advance commission) • 6th – 10th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $90.00 (9 month advance commissions) • 11th + IBO Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $100.00 (10 month advance commissions) IBOs will have the option to switch to As Earned commissions through their back office.
Money for Recruiting IBOs! • IBO advance commissions for Combo Memberships: • 1st Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $64.00 (4 month advance commission) • 2nd Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $80.00 (5 month advance commission) • 3rd Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $96.00 (6 month advance commission) • 4th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $112.00 (7 month advance commission) • 5th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $128.00 (8 month advance commission) • 6th – 10th Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $144.00 (9 month advance commissions) • 11th + IBO Qualified IBO Recruited That Month = $160.00 (10 month advance commissions) At the beginning of each month the advance commission payout will reset. Example: if you are being paid $100.00 per IBO in the month of August, on September 1st your advance commissions will reset and you will be paid $40.00 for your first IBO enrollment in September and it will increase for each IBO enrolled that month. Chargebacks • Effective September 1, 2015, All unearned advance commissions will be subject to chargebacks. • Chargebacks will be deducted from your personal residual commissions, if funds are available. If there is not sufficient personal residual commissions to cover your chargebacks each month, then the deficient amount will be deducted from your Team Residual Commissions* to a maximum of 25%. YOU WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A MINIMUM OF 75% OF YOUR TEAM RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OF YOUR CHARGEBACKS EACH MONTH. * Changed terminology of Builders Bonus to Team Residual
New IBO Prospecting TooL!!! • Effective September, 1, 2015, IBOs will have the opportunity to enhance their prospecting through social networking and phone contacts. • Every New IBO will receive a personalized link they can share with their social network friends and phone contacts. This link will include a short video explaining the Dental Plus and Med Plus memberships. New IBOs will also receive a short video explaining the Business Opportunity. Both videos will include a “join now” button so that the referrals will be directed to the IBOs website. • Every IBO will have the option of turning on a pop-up form to capture a prospects name, e-mail address and/or cell phone number. This capture pop-up page will appear on all websites and landing pages. This will give the New IBO a bank of prospects for future membership or opportunity campaigns. This option of turning this capture page on or off will be available in your back office.
Pin Level Promotions To become an RSD: • IBOs can promote by recruiting 10 Qualified IBOs or enrolling 10 members or any combination of Qualified IBOs and Members. • If it’s done within the first 30 days of activation you will be eligible for a $300 RSD Fast Track Bonus. • A NEW IBO CAN EARN OVER $1000 IN THEIR FIRST 30 DAYS.
Pin Level Promotions Effective September 1, 2015, it is going to be easier to promote to the other pin levels. To be “commission qualified” at each pin level you must have the following: SRSD = 3 Qualified RSDs ESD = 6 Qualified RSDs SESD = 9 Qualified RSDs NSD = 12 Qualified RSDs • A Qualified RSD must have a minimum of $100 (4 active members/IBOs) or more in MR each month. This $100 MR requirement will not apply to any IBO with an active date prior to the implementation date. • All existing IBOs and Sales Directors who have not reached the level of NSD or above will have to promote under the new qualifications, after the implementation date. • There will be no changes to the Centennial Club.
Sales Team Bonus • Effective September 1, 2015, each Sales Director will have the opportunity to earn a $500 Sales Team Bonus when their Sales Team enrolls 50 or more members in a month. • A Sales Team is comprised of the Sales Directors personally recruited Qualified IBOs and their IBOs and membership enrollments until an IBO reaches RSD. Once they reach RSD they will begin to build their own Sales Team and be eligible to participate in the Sales Team Bonus.
Sales Directors Top Producers Trip And Cash BONUS! • Effective September 1, 2015, in order to qualify for this Trip and Bonus, each month we will take a snapshot of you and your Sales Teams last 12 months of membership production and if in that 12 months you and your Sales Team have enrolled a minimum of 50 memberships each month and at least 450 are still active the Sales Director will qualify for a trip and a Cash Bonus of • Winners will get to choose from a list of destinations, i.e. Las Vegas, Cancun, Key West, New York and many more. All trips will be for two, the Sales Director and their guest. $10,000
New Cadillac Club • We want to help all New AmeriPlan IBOs and Sales Directors drive a new Cadillac! Effective for all New IBOs with an active date of September 1, 2015 or after: • At any time your Earned Income is $50,000 in any 12 month period you will qualify to drive a Cadillac and AmeriPlan will make the payment. • Earned Income will include advances, personal and team residuals. • You will need to maintain $4000 or more in Earned Income, each month for AmeriPlan to continue to make 100% of the payments. • This change will not effect any IBO or Sales Director with an active date prior to September 1, 2015.
Summary YOU CAN EARN UP TO $70,000 IN YOUR FIRST YEAR AS AN AMERIPLAN SALES DIRECTOR!!!! • An IBO who makes it to Sales Director can earn $1000 their first 30 days. • A Sales Director can earn an additional $500 Bonus each month, if their Sales Team enrolls 50 or more members each month. • At any time your Earned Income is $50,000 in any 12 month period you will qualify to drive a Cadillac and AmeriPlan will make the payment • A Sales Director can earn a trip for two ($2500 value) if their Sales Team enrolls 600 or more members in a 12 month period and at least 450 of those members are still active at the end of that 12 month period. • A Sales Director can earn a $10,000 Bonus if they qualify for the Sales Director trip.
AmeriPlan is GOING DIGITAL!!! • We will no longer have a Sales Aid Store however, you will be still be able to order the Dental Plus, Med Plus and Combo brochures in your back office. • All brochures, forms and applications will be available in your back office to download. • We are discontinuing Bloom Bucks as of September 1, 2015, as there will be no sales aids to purchase. • We will enhance the E-kit with training videos and other needs. • We will no longer ship IBO kits, as everyone will have access to the E-kit through their back office.
