  2. MOTIVAZIONE Valorizzazione del docente ricercatore quale “professionista riflessivo in grado di leggere, interpretare e capire quel laboratorio di storie di vita che è la scuola”. Il lavoro seminariale offre l’opportunità di: • Elaborare pensieri comuni • Approfondire tematiche educative e didattiche • Creare strumenti di lavoro

PROPOSTA DI INTERVENTO (2^ fase) Prosecuzione attività a livello locale e regionale Concretizzazione delle esperienze vissute nel corso degli interventi formativi proposti: • A livello locale: sperimentazione di R-A nel C.d.c. di appartenenza. • A livello regionale: sperimentazione di R-A on-line da effettuare in rete con gli altri docenti che hanno partecipato alle attività formative.
